The Line Follower is built from the Lego Wedo 2.0 educational kit. Black line following is a classic discipline in robotics competitions. The line follower uses a distance sensor to recognize whether it is above the black line or has moved away from it, thus the sensor indirectly works in the so-called reflected light mode. As soon as the robot understands that it has moved away from the black line, the smarthub sends a command to the motor to steer in the opposite direction and return to its route.
